Ruckus's award winning enterprise routing/switching product line is looking for a driven Software Engineer who is excited to be part of winning team, and who wants to work hard and play hard.

This position is with the Ruckus Networks division. With the innovations in automation of network and device management, providing management functionality on a router today is all about providing programmable APIs and descriptive data models. Ruckus is embarking on the next-generation product line to offer innovative and differentiated ways of managing the network devices in the enterprise networking segment. The mission is to build management plane infrastructure which will make deployment of networks a breeze. We are looking for a driven engineer who is willing to roll up the sleeves, and work with the team to make the mission successful.


Develop and deliver features for Network Operating System for ICX switches
Support testing effort by fixing defects found during the internal testing
Support customer issues. Triage and fix defects coming from the field

Skills Needs:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in C programming
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Desired skills
  • Computer Networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of 1 or multiple of the following: SNMP, YANG, NetConf, CLI/Parser, SSH, SSL/TLS
