We are looking to add a Dynamics 365 Technical Solutions Architect to our team. This role is based in Hickory, NC.

What to Expect:

As a Dynamics 365 Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Dynamics365 data migration projects and integrations by working with business analysts designing the business process and implementation of the right technical solution in Dynamics 365. You will be mentoring and directing the global development teams in the implementations and work with management teams in planning, coordinating, and designing operational activities to achieve the strategy, mission, and objectives of the CRM group. This role will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes, provide the best customer experience, and drive the value for sales, marketing, and customer support teams. You will monitor the use of CRM application value, drive continuous improvement and adaption of the CRM solutions.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of related experience
  • Subject matter knowledge in Dynamics 365 Functional area: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Partner Management.
  • Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage.
  • Experience with configuration and implementation of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 and prior versions.
  • Experience in .NET, writing Plug-ins and custom workflows,
  • Experience in implementing JavaScript to MSCRM connectivity using Rest, ODATA web API.
  • Experience in using Azure services for integration, Power Apps, Power Portals, Integrations with ERP systems.
  • Experience in data migration – data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization.
  • Experienced in reporting architecture, as well as, data analytics and visualization with a focus on integration with BI platforms such as Power BI and Business Objects.
  • Leadership experience and proven team-building skills.
  • Experience managing global teams preferred.
