What to expect

As a Strategy & Market Intelligence Manager you will bring your expertise in Merger & Acquisition alignment strategy and provide business consulting support services for our internal business units. Leading programs/projects engaging with the business segments on scope and develop methodologies to analyze and report sophisticated strategy programs. Run a team of analysts on medium to large sized complex projects, develop M&A workstreams, engage with business and functional support leaders to develop robust market business models. You will demonstrate keen communications while developing high level market analysis presentations on market trends and competitive research findings with recommendations to internal customer stakeholders and executive leadership.

You will make an impact by

Playing an important role in the growth of CommScope. Providing analytical & critical thinking, resourcefulness to help design and execute qualitative and quantitative research for studying business issues & projects (market research, scenario planning, forecasting, business plan development, competitive intelligence, profitability, etc). You will track market performance; identify and assess new trends related to the market and collaborate with business unit leaders on market model development. Position may be located in Shakopee, Minnesota; Richardson, TX; or Hickory/Charlotte, NC.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum such as Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Economics or Engineering (Software or EE)
  • 5+ years of merger and acquisition, business intelligence experience.
  • Sales or business strategy development experience.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau PowerBI, etc)
