We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Director to join our team to be based anywhere in the US, near a major airport.

What to Expect:

In this role, you will be accountable for identifying and developing business initiatives, assessing new markets, analyzing and developing tangible business opportunities, and developing strategic directions for the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) and Spectrum Access System (SAS) business unit.

You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Supporting the imperative planning process to identify 2-5-year opportunity horizons.
  • Developing the business plans including market analyses and financial pro performance.
  • Supporting product development efforts to advance critical initiatives.
  • Identify, research, and maintain development plans for partnership, merger, and acquisition strategies.
  • Executing long life cycle strategies to collect bid pursuits, as well as tactical strategies to identify, position for, bid on, and close business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with corporate leadership to advance business unit strategies and goals.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree with validated business development experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the wireless field with experience working with customers across multiple verticals.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to correspond with a wide variety of partners including internal groups, sales, and customers at a senior level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills targeted towards customers and industry.
  • Learning agility. Capacity to adapt, master new topics/behaviors, and continuously improve. Committed to constant learning, is curious, observant, and strives to raise the bar continually.
  • Capable of solving highly sophisticated business and politically intertwined problems concurrently.
