CommScope is looking to add an Account Manager- Ruckus Wireless to join our Ruckus Business Unit. This role can be based anywhere in the US with preference given to those near a major, metropolitan city.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

With your proven record of technical ability, you will bring forth new insights and generating better solutions! Driving revenue growth - building and collecting demand within your assigned accounts and selling our entire Ruckus Product Portfolio is what your day will consist of. We will look to you to handle and develop relationships where you will lead effective business relationships and map key partners, at both functional and management levels within our key partners.

Driven by a collective sense of integrity, you will support and participate in team sales initiatives when the opportunity arises by assembling and presenting pertinent information for assigned accounts. Collaboratively, you will share sales leads with sales colleagues for products that are assigned to other sales resources in the region and other CommScope and Ruckus product lines.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 8+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Expert ability in establishing and cultivating positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Proficient knowledge of wireless industry and technologies, and familiar with latest and upcoming trends.
  • Competent knowledge of LTE-based networks.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous experience selling into MNO, Neutral Hold Provider and/or Canadian wireless market space.
  • Previous experience prospecting for new accounts and breaking into new, emerging markets.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan.

Anticipated total compensation range dependent on experience and qualifications: $172,000 - $230,000.
