The National Partner Account Manager (NPAM) champions and supports sales and marketing within a defined set of National channel partners!!

How You'll Help us Connect The World

Establish relationships and action plans with assigned National Partner accounts to drive revenue and market growth. Handles the ongoing account relationship with their assigned National Partners. Responsible to develop and execute on National Partner strategic account plans, which include formulating, developing, and implementing business and sales action plans at the tactical level to achieve financial goals. Responsible for the execution of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads to coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development negotiating and closing. Ensures that appropriate resources are engaged in sales activities. Responsible for working with the broader sales organization to build sales strategy with the targeted National Partners to achieve quota. Work with National Partners and extended team to respond to RFP's, develop and deliver proposals /presentations to end-user customers. Works collaboratively with NAR sales teams, product line management, and technical resources to assess market opportunities and develop business plans to overachieve revenue objectives.

30% travel is required.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of selling experience in the high-tech (IT) marketplace. Successful track record in channel partner sales required.
  • Experience in developing and executing business plans and target sales plans is required.

  • Ability to lead multiple objectives, tasks, and clients.
  • Previous experience selling through distribution and VAR partners, and a good knowledge of channels/distributors is crucial.
