The Manufacturing Associate positions currently available at the CommScope manufacturing facility in Claremont, North Carolina may require the employee to perform many tasks. These tasks may include physical manipulation or movement of product or materials, machine operations, forklift operation or other jobs as deemed necessary by business demands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read, understand and follow job instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
The majority of manufacturing positions at the Claremont facility involve working a 12-hour shift with four days on four days off.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Some jobs may require lifting up to 60lbs and physical force up to 75lbs.
- Must be able to work some overtime as determined by business demand
- Prior manufacturing experience is desirable but not required
