ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Obtain work order from Lead Person.
- Communicate with crane operator as to what needs to drop onto the short line and in what order.
- Program Baumer to cut buns according to customer specifications.
- Turn on Baumer and cut buns to correct size to meet customer requirements.
- Visually check cut for quality.
- Key data into the Bun Inventory System to accurately remove foam used from the system and re-enter
unused foam into the system.
- Record in a log every bun used.
- Write on paper customer name, purchase order and other steps needed to complete the order then give to material handler.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
