ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organizes the foam and fiber stock area in an orderly manner.
- Prioritize orders by their due dates, including rush orders.
- Count all component parts for an order prior to distributing to the glue line operators to assure the order is
- Place various foam and fiber pieces together and distribute orders equitable to the glue line operators.
- Mark orders complete and turn in completed orders to the Material Coordinator.
- Inform material Coordinator and the department supervisor the status of various orders as requested.
- Remove empty flats from the foam and fiber storage areas.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
No prior experience or training.
Ability to read to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
