Job Description:
Perform routine to skilled labor and repairs to buildings and equipment.

Education and Credentials:
Two year degree or certification in a specific trade (HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing) or specific trade license or journeyman’s certification.

Work Experience:
Five years of specific trade experience in a commercial setting with steam boilers, chillers, emergency generators, and air handling equipment. Building maintenance experience with working knowledge of major physical plant systems is required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
