Our Summer Internship Program is designed to provide you an invaluable work experience through completing challenging projects to help you grow and develop.


Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on the job training and participate in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events!


What to Expect:

As a Program Management Intern, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as new product testing, multi-media development of training & troubleshooting documentation, and workshop facilitation.  You will work closely with Program Management Team members to create customer experience excellence.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Supporting key projects for training including:
    • The creation and development of onboarding documentation
    • Creation of an FAQ / Troubleshooting library on the CTL (CommScope Training Library)
  • Formatting/alignment of training documentation / video productions
  • Conducting new process testing and validation as needed
  • Supporting creation of process flow charts to supplement existing training (those lacking)
  • Recording testing results and enhancements in tools & systems
  • Facilitating workshops / training sessions


Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Junior or Senior standing in a BS, BA or master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration from an accredited university
  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company
