HRIS Analyst / Human Resources / Full-Time / 1st Shift (Posted 10/07/2020)
Performs a variety of confidential Human Resource functions. Serves as lead resource to provide excellent customer service as first point of contact for all visitors providing assistance and information regarding human resources activities, processes, policies and procedures. Responsible for benefit processes including form processing; ACA regulatory reporting and benefit orientation for new hires. Performs Project Management responsibilities requiring specialized knowledge related to areas of assignment. Provides support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for Infor EMSS/IPA; QuickCharge; DocuShare; and Benefit Vendor File Interfaces. Serves as a point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Supports the HRIS through upgrades, patches, testing and implementations.
Education and Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related social science field, or three years directly related work experience.
Minimum of one year performing Human Resources functions and/or Information Technology relating to general functions and/or maintenance of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Previous experience with project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of position within three months of employment date or placement in position.
