Patient Safety & Quality / Director of Patient Experience / Full-time / 1st Shift (Posted 03/23/2021)
Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and tracking outcomes for hospital‐wide patient experience programs focused on the delivery of patient centered care in order to provide excellent service and quality to patients and their families. Actively engages patients and families to assess their satisfaction with care and service. Effectively collaborates with leaders, physicians, staff, and volunteers to provide patient experience training/development and foster a proactive approach to improve the patient experience, organizational culture, and community relations.
Education and Credentials Required:
Bachelor’s of Business, Science or Art degree.
Work Experience Required:
Two years of leadership and/or customer service experience. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within six months of employment date.
Master’s in Business, Science or Art degree. Experience leading a customer service or patient experience program.
