The City of Hickory’s Community Development Division is searching for a part-time rehabilitation specialist to assist in the implementation of its Housing and Community Development Programs. The successful applicant would have experience in the residential construction industry, ideally possessing a general contractor license. The position will require approximately 5-10 hours of work per week depending on the required workload of projects. Salary would be $25/hr. dependent on qualifications.
