The Senior Program Manager role will be coordinating several projects within the Technical Services organization for CommScope. They will be working across teams and business units to drive the implementation of new technologies and improved processes for a better overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Daily management of program deliverables
- Business case authoring
- Managing vendor relationships
- Coordinating efforts across multiple teams with differing requirements
- Budgetary tracking for programs
- Internal / external program update communications
Having knowledge of technologies such as Chat, Chatbots, Omni Channel, CRM systems, Phone systems/CTI, Web portal design, and Knowledge Management solutions are key.
Verbal and Written communication
3+ years Project Management experience required
Organization and time management skills
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM tools
Working knowledge Computer Telephony Solutions
Working knowledge of corporate phone systems and call routing processes
Knowledge of tools used in a Technical Support call center
Quality monitoring tools
Operational reporting and KPI’s
Strong Microsoft Office skills with focus on Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to influence and get teams to produce to meet project timelines
Experience working across a matrixed organization
