CommScope is hiring an Engineering Process Analyst in any of the following locations - Claremont NC, Hickory NC, Shakopee MN, Lisle IL, Horsham PA, Richardson, TX and Sunnyvale, CA
How You'll Help us Connect The World
This individual will be a part of our Engineering Process and PMO team and will have global responsibilities in support of engineering processes such as Product Development Process, Engineering Change or Master Data Governance. This team is part of CommScope’s initiative to drive increased growth and profitability through implementation of systems that reduce complexity and increase efficiency. You will be instrumental in collaborating with the business users and IT to develop and deliver outstanding solutions. You will focus on defining audience training needs by application and process, and delivering and/or coordinating process and systems related training to various audiences. Develop and implement annual refresher training requirements along with new hire training programs. Provide organizational change support to organization. Maintain process documentation to be current with system capabilities and actual business practices. Find opportunities to improve internal customer experience. ·Gather data and needs/goals identified by the organization. Develop peer, multi-functional and cross-business line relationships to facilitate standard methodology sharing. Participate in projects to standardize, develop, and improve internal engineering software tools such as the ERP system or project management software. Provide individual support to user community on system and process. During your first year, you will engage with business users around the global to help implement Planview as the global Project and Portfolio Management tool.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience or Associates degree with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in process development or improvement in engineering, data creation or managing projects
