Work with a team to test next generation Access Point and new feature set being developed. Design and implement wireless and wired network topologies and lab setups. Test Wireless Controller/Access Point Software by creating test plans and test cases against product requirement and functional specifications. Find and log defects against the established test cases. Write, maintain and execute comprehensive test automation scripts that can provide performance test coverage. Independently bring up test harness and writing test scripts which can manage Access Point, Stations with different OS, collect logs and post process performance results. Troubleshoot complicated end-to-end device/wireless controller/AP and system level problems. Measure and qualify Ruckus Access Point Wireless Performance using industry standard tools and benchmarks. Triage Access Point Performance issues to isolate software modules, algorithms causing performance degradation.
Bachelors Degree in Comupter Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related and 5 years of work experience
