Design, simulate, and test wideband antenna elements, element tuning, and antenna array synthesize. Design, simulate, and test lens structures and antenna arrays for active beamforming and tilt control. Design of antennas for existing 3G/4G/LTE wireless bands and developing 5G millimeter wave bands. Design and simulate antennas using Computer Simulation Technology (CST) and/or High Frequency Structural Simulator (HFSS). Test antenna and array prototypes in anechoic chambers and indoor near field/outdoor far field ranges to verify gain and radiation pattern performance and Passive Intermodulation (PIM). Deep understanding of PIM root causes. Direct experience in providing technical leadership and serving as a mentor to globally located R&D teams.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 3 years of work experience
