General Summary

Develops and executes technical solutions and strategies for Injection Molding and related systems

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement and support technology solutions for injection molding operations, including related systems, processess and equipment
Manage and support continuous improvement initiatives for molding and related iprograms
Provide technical support to global manufacturing sites, including process support for suppliers
Develop and execute strategies for manufacturing technologies
Interact and collaborate with product design and product management teams, driving optimal design for manufacturing
Support technology transfers of products and processes to global sites and suppliers as needed
Support new product and process launches as needed
Knowledge of connector products and critical design and tooling requirements
