Position Summary

Performs both CSR and Teller functions. In each of the respective CSR and Teller roles this positon will demonstrate and set an example for Peoples Bank Exceptional Customer Service delivery standards. Assess each customer's need to identify sales opportunities and expand relationships. Additional responsibilities include opening/maintenance of various deposit accounts and maintaining customer relationships. Provide efficient processing of customers' financial transactions to ensure their satisfaction with Peoples Bank services and to maintain accurate record keeping of accounts. Demonstrate exemplary product knowledge and technical skills. Provide efficient service and ensure confidentiality of customer and bank information. In your work exhibit Peoples Bank business philosophy as shown in Be Exceptional guide booklet. Demonstrate focus on achieving goals, contributing to new initiatives, and delivering excellence in customer experience during sales and service interactions. May have limited lending authority to accept and approve various types of consumer loans within designated authority. For the Teller role, processes customer transactions in a professional and efficient manner. Disburses cash accurately and maintains a cash drawer, balancing it daily. Answers customer inquiries and cross-sells products and services of the Bank as appropriate. Responsible for handling customer transactions quickly and efficiently in a courteous manner within established policies and procedures and to identify customer needs in proficient and professional manner. Handles troubleshooting and special assignments in support of supervisor.
