Provides efficient processing of customers' financial transactions to ensure their satisfaction with Peoples Bank services and to maintain accurate record keeping of accounts. Maintains product knowledge and applies skills taught in training. Supports Peoples Bank and Business Center goals, new initiatives and the customer-focused sales culture. Responsible for handling customer transactions quickly and efficiently in a courteous manner within established policies and procedures. Identifies and assists customers in a proficient and professional manner. Disburses cash accurately and maintains a cash drawer, balancing it daily. Answers customer inquiries and cross-sells products and services of the Bank when appropriate.
